Eligibility

• The garment’s delivery date must fall within the past three (3) months to qualify for repair.
• Any repair requests beyond this timeframe will be subject to Boathouse’s discretion.

Repair Costs

• If the repair is due to customer fault, the customer is responsible for the repair costs as listed.
• If the issue is determined to be Boathouse’s fault, the repair will be completed at no cost to the customer.

Exceptions

• Repairs requested outside the three-month warranty period may be accepted or declined at Boathouse’s sole discretion.

• Once approved, repairs can take up to 6 weeks, upon arrival of the garments to the factory.
