Instructions for Reorder Embroidery Art Placement Updates
This process must be followed when a reorder uses an existing embroidery art file but requires a different placement or style.
For Sales:
- When using a reorder art file, check the placement and style listed on the art file.
- If the requested placement or style differs from what’s shown on the file, add the following note in the order’s Notes section:
- “Add new placement/style to art file.”
For Customer Service (CS):
- Upon seeing the note from Sales, create an Art Note (or update the existing one) requesting the art team to add the new placement/style to the reorder art file.
For Art:
- After updating the art file with the requested placement or style, leave a comment in the Art Note confirming that the edit has been completed and is ready for use.
