If a customer requests to receive their order earlier than the estimated ship window we are providing, the following steps must be followed:

It is only a RUSH if the customer has paid the 20% rush fee; if the customer is not paying, then it's a Priority, and it's added to the list, but not always guaranteed.

Submit the Rush Request Form (Required)

  • A Rush Request Form must be submitted as a note in HubSpot before an expedited ship date (ESD) can be approved.

  • The requested ESD must be earlier than what’s shown on the current production schedule.

  • Tag the right approvers in the HubSpot note:

    •    NEW ART: tag Art Department (tag Loranne and Nick)

    •    REORDER ART: tag Jeff and Emily

Rush Fee Requirement:

  • A 20% rush fee is required for all expedited orders. 

Submission Timing:

  • The Rush Request Form must be submitted before the order is placed in Ready status to allow sufficient time for production review.

Payment Confirmation:

  • Payment must be fully processed before the order will be considered for the priority list.

Licensing Orders:

  • We cannot guarantee an expedited Estimated Ship Date (ESD) to the customer until the order has been approved by Licensing.
  • Approval may be obtained through Jeff, and we can submit the request to Licensing; however, a rush ESD cannot be confirmed for the customer until we receive a response. This is due to the fact that licensing vendors may take more than two days to provide feedback. Additionally, we often receive revised artwork requests from vendors, which can further delay response times and impact the ESD shipping window.
